Compensation: - $120,000 to $140,000 base salary + RVU bonus incentives.

- PTO is accrued after the first 30 days - accrues every pay period (twice a month) 6.77 hours per pay period.
- Sick time is accrued 2.4 hours per pay period.

-CME reimbursement is usually $3000 for midlevels and $5000 for physicians
-Hospital funded loan forgiveness opportunities for midlevels - usually $45000 per 3 year contract term, $15000 per year with receipt submission
