Compensation:
- $230,000 to $300,000 base salary + RVU bonus incentives.

-Employees can elect for ADD insurance (plan/payment depends on what is chosen)

-Physicians negotiate their PTO (does not exceed 8 weeks).

-CME reimbursement is usually $3000 for midlevels and $5000 for physicians
-Hospital funded loan forgiveness opportunities for midlevels - usually $45000 per 3 year contract term, $15000 per year with receipt submission
-Relocation and/or sign on bonus is negotiable - either one or the other; both are not granted.
