Job Description

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Satuday 8:30 am - 2 pm

Call Schedule: 2-4 calls per month

DETAILS:
- Performs physical examinations of new and existing patients and determines x-ray
examinations and clinical laboratory tests required
- Provide care face-to-face and by telehealth services
- Interprets examination findings and test results, and implements treatment plans
- Function as the collaborating physician for mid-level positions
- May teach family practice residents and medical students
- Role will be split between our two sites: 1 day in the Blue Island location and 4 days in the 60621 Chicago location
