- Join an established practice with two FM physicians, an experienced APP, and exceptional support staff
- Fully integrated system on Epic EMR
- Outpatient clinic offers family medicine, integrative medicine, and preventive medicine services. X-ray services are also available
- Qualifies for RIMSAP/IDPH loan obligation
