Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 8am-4:30pm and Thurs from 8am-12pm

Average patients seen: 16 per day
Call Schedule: Take second call if needed after initial MyNurse triage on nights and weekends; Rotated between several providers

DETAILS:
- Three physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider in rotation
- Primary Care for patients of all ages
- Hospital rounding in a local community hospital (newborn to adult) is an option, but not required
- Full-time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
