DETAILS:
- 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday
- Family Medicine is housed in a larger primary care center with Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics teams, with on-site lab and radiology
- Team-based care model in which a physician and one APP collaboratively manage a panel of patients
- Supportive nursing staff and medical assistants to assist with patient care
- On-site Social Worker, Behavioral Health counselor, and Pharmacist to support clinical work

Opportunity to:
- Teach Family Medicine, residents, and medical students
- Moonlight in Convenient Care, precept medical student evening clinic, and participate in a mobile clinic and other community health outreach efforts
