Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience, with a range. This position range is within $130k.

Additional Information: Our LCSW roles are provided for behavioral health needs throughout several boroughs of NYC. With care primarily needed in Brooklyn, we also offer services to the Manhattan, Long Island, Bronx, and Queens.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-This position will work in tandem with our Sr. VP of Integrated Services, providing clinical, administrative, and financial oversight to the clinics, PROS, and School Base Programs.
-Oversees hiring of program directors and indirectly oversees all program personnel including LMSWs and LCSWs.
-While this position is primarily responsible for providing oversight and mentorship to staff, some clinical work may be required
Qualifications:
NY state LCSW license, with demonstrated ability and history of managing teams, systems, and coordinating programs.
-Must have a background with family/children to be considered for leadership roles
