  • Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience, with a range of $65,000-$85,000 annually. Willing to negotiate higher salary levels with more experience.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Our therapists provide trauma- Informed, recovery-oriented, integrated, person-centered care to individuals with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses
    - Conduct psychosocial assessments
    - Make treatment recommendations
    - Participate in treatment planning
    - Provide social casework services
    - Provide individual, group, and family therapy

    School-based roles available to those looking to serve in that primary function (Russian bilingual preferred)

    Qualifications:
    -Licensed therapist in NY
    -New grads welcome to apply
    -Will consider those with more experience and compensate accordingly
