Job Description

  • Hours: 40 hour work week provided with incredibly flexible schedule. -Clinic hours: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM | Wed., Fri. 9 AM-5 PM | Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.

    -As a liaison between the patient, provider and payer, the RN tracks Heritage quality data; analyzes and reports data on a quarterly basis to the Performance Improvement team; develops, implements and oversees quality improvement to ensure delivery of the highest quality patient care and optimize patient flow and provider productivity

    -Access medical insurance plans' online applications to access quality data, and formulate a plan to choose indicators for targeted interventions and improvement.

    -The RN is in-charge of the Heritage City-Wide Immunization Registry, including reporting inventory and ordering vaccines through the CIR website as needed

    -Candidates must have experience monitoring 'quality dollars' and improving the financial and patient quality within an FQHC
