Hours: 10-hour shifts 4 days per week (1-hour lunch & 1-hour charting); 7:30 AM-8:30 PM, 7 days/week; 1 weekend per month

Average patients seen: 8 - 10 patients per day, 30 - 40 minutes per patient; 200 - 250 patient panel
Compensation: $135,000 - $160,000 plus bonus up to 15% of salary

Additional Information: In this role you will:
- See 1 to 2 patients/hr, with goals set to drive interpersonal relationships with patients & families
- A dedicated driver or rideshare provides transportation while you maintain a medical supply kit
- Use of iPad for EMR charting
- Heal operations support for prescription refills, lab follow up, & coordinated care management
Qualifications:
- 2 yrs experience
- Dedicated to providing excellent healthcare & a top-quality patient experience
- Strong belief in the revolutionary nature of house calls & passion about improving (or better yet disrupting) care delivery
- Consistently exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, accountability, & compassion
