  • Additional Information: HEALing Community Health's LCSW provides counseling and therapy for mental, emotional, and addictive disorders, conducts clinical assessments, develops treatment plans, and facilitates discharge/transition planning. Serves as primary coordinator of behavioral health services, linking patients and families to community resources, assisting in crisis prevention/management, and supporting personal goal-setting. Duties include group counseling, supervising/leading meetings, auditing medical records, authorizing services, and assisting staff and clients in crises while developing a patient caseload.

    Education & Experience Requirements:
    - Master's degree in Social Work (4 years)
    - Minimum 2 years of acute behavioral health experience
    - Georgia LCSW license and Board Certification
    - Ongoing CME credits to maintain license and board certification
