Compensation: As we expand our behavioral health program, we seek talent that thrives in a community that values a strong work ethic and desires to impact the underserved
-Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, ranging from $65,000-$80,000.
-Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members
-Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community
