-Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a starting range of $180k-$225k
-Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members
-Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients to develop better oral hygiene regimens while promoting oral health & disease prevention.
-Provide primary dental care to eligible patients following currently acceptable treatment standards.
-Administer emergency care to post-operative patients and comprehensive care to adult patients aged 21 and older for the relief of pain and/or infection
-Assist in both the planning and implementation of Hampton Roads Community Health Care Dental Care Plan
-Accept clinical responsibilities/duties assigned or requested by the Chief Dental Officer (CDO)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Understand the mission and practice of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
-BE/BC
-Will accept new grads
-Licensed in VA
