The hospital provides emergency room services, both inpatient and outpatient care, and short 
term skilled (swing bed) care for its patients.

Goodall-Witcher Hospital’s outpatient services allow access to complete care in a local setting, with a full-service rehabilitation department (occupational, speech and physical), lab and radiology services.

The hospital’s radiology department possesses a wide range of state of the art equipment available to doctors and nurses for the advanced care of patients. Goodall-Witcher offers digital mammography, multi-slice CT scanning, Nuclear Medicine stress testing, MRI, vascular ultrasound, Fluoroscopy with two x-ray imaging rooms as well as portable x-ray.

Despite this advanced, up-to-date technology, the Goodall-Witcher Hospital Authority manages to maintain a friendly, small-town atmosphere for its valuable patients. The hospital employs mostly residents of Clifton and the surrounding areas, meaning that the patients are being treated by a staff that knows them personally and cares for them. This casual feel makes a patient's care seem more personal and less formal than the typical big-city hospital, and residents of Bosque and surrounding counties can feel at home at Goodall-Witcher.
