Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience and the amount of time practicing as a licensed LMSW. Salary range of$59,000-$66,000.

Additional Information: Behavioral Health Consultant-LMSW- Integrated Care:
-Consultants are integrated within our primary care sites. They are expected to build relationships with the PCPs, so that they can assist in moments when the patient is in need of behavioral health assistance.
Providers will have access to work in one of several opportunities:
Adult (Traditional)
-Traditional therapy for adults that are not substance use related.
Child/Adolescent
-Therapy for minors that are not substance use related
Substance Use
-Therapy specific to substance use disorders
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Licensed in MI state
-Open to new graduates: Must have completed examinations to obtain LMSW licensure
