Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience and the amount of time practicing as a licensed LMSW. Salary range of$59,000-$66,000.

Additional Information: Be part of an outpatient, federally qualified health center (FQHC), where practicing medicine involves close connection and communication. Provide behavioral health services to a patient panel by utilizing foundational skills learned as a LMSW such as critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and problem resolution.
-Set within a primary care affice alongside PCPs
-Practice integrative medicine that blends typical behavioral health modalities alongside common-sense approaches .
-Develop behavioral change through structured plans for improvement in alignment with chronic patient illness
-Master's of social work degree
-MSW in MI state
-Must be licensed and have completed credential hours per Michigan board requirements
-Will accept those with a substance abuse certification
