Compensation: Salary ranges from $90,000.00 - $126,000.00, depending on experience.

Up to $3500 total sign-on incentive. $1,000 paid after 60 workdays on-site, $1,000 paid after 200 workdays on-site, and $1,500 after 400 workdays on-site.
Additional Information: The Associate Director of Nursing assists with planning and directing the nursing department, ensuring cost-effective staffing, regulatory compliance, and staff training. Acts as Administrator on Call and assumes the Director of Nursing's duties when absent. Oversees infection prevention, quality improvement, and resident assessment programs while coordinating interdisciplinary care and maintaining high standards of clinical performance.
Qualifications:
- Master's in Nursing + 2 yrs admin/supervisory experience, or
- Bachelor's in Nursing + 4 yrs admin/supervisory experience, or
- Diploma (3-yr RN) + 5 yrs admin/supervisory experience, or
- Associates in Nursing + 6 yrs admin/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and communication skills required
