Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM

DETAILS:
- Responsible for providing primary care outpatient medical services
- Clinic has an experienced PA and Behavioral Health provider, as well as support staff
- Role may require some travel between clinics for coverage
- EMR= eClinicalworks
- 4.5-day workweek with half-day Fridays!
