About YourTown Health

In 1978, the Palmetto Health Council was formed as an initiative of bringing medical care to communities struggling in rural areas with no nearby aid. Within two years, our first health center opened in Palmetto, Georgia. And since then, we have worked diligently to provide only the most quality, affordable healthcare to each community we serve.

Since our humble beginnings, YourTown Health has grown to include a network of seven, non-profit health centers serving the Georgia community.
