Compensation: Based on a Full-time, 40-hour workweek, salary range up to $225,000, with negotiation available for more experienced providers
-Sign-on bonus: Upon completion of credentialing, candidate will receive a $10,000 signing bonus
-Additional $10,000 bonus available upon the completion of 36 months
