Job Description

  • Hours: Monday - Friday: 9AM-5PM

  • Average patients seen: 10-15 a day.
  • Call Schedule: Call taken care of by RN. Some rotated call for critical labs. No hospital call.
  • Loan Repayment
  • Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
  • Relocation Assistance Available
  • Compensation: Based on a Full-time, 40-hour workweek, salary range up to $225,000, with negotiation available for more experienced providers
    -Sign-on bonus: Upon completion of credentialing, candidate will receive a $10,000 signing bonus
    -Additional $10,000 bonus available upon the completion of 36 months

    - $5,000 relocation assistance, unused portion going to sign-on
