JOB DESCRIPTON:
-Examines individuals requesting care, diagnoses their dental/oral conditions, prescribes and carries out appropriate dental/oral treatment or refers patients for specialty consultation and treatment

QUALIFICATIONS:
-BC DMD/DDS PA state license
-BLS certified
-DEA licensed
-EMR proficient
