Compensation: Compensation is determined based on licensure and experience. Salary expectations fall between $60k-$80k annually, with the potential for a production bonus, based on negotiation.
-Additional support is given in the form of student loan repayment assistance through the NHSC. Up to $50,000 for qualified candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Conduct intake/initial assessment and comprehensive evaluation, including initial treatment plan with the client's input and approval
-Assist in developing a time-focused integrated treatment plan for all clients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team
-Maintain current documentation on all client and collateral contacts
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Master's level degree
-LGSW licensure
-DC licensure (Candidates with both MD and DC licenses are highly regarded)
-SUD certification preferred but not required
