Compensation: Compensation is determined based off a generous work-life balance and the ability to practice medicine qualitatively. A salary range of $90k-$100k is negotiable and is flexible depending on experience.

Additional Information: Finding the need to provide continuity of care in several areas of concern, Family & Medical Counseling Service has developed a position that lends itself to someone developing a skill set in our primary care and behavioral health programs.
The RN coordinator will serve as a resource when medical attention is needed and assist with coordinating medical care with behavioral health care for patients who need both.
The provider must also be willing to:
-Act as a patient advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality issues.
-Establish a plan of care with patients, providers, and payers that identifies and continuously reassesses cost-efficient, appropriate levels of care
-Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of community resources, payer requirements, and network services for the target population.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-RN Degree
-Familiar with EHR
-Licensed in D.C. Licensing in MD also beneficial
-BLS certified
