Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm

Compensation: - $320,000-$360,000 based on experience

Additional Information: We are a locally rooted hospice and grief support provider serving Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee counties since 1982. This is a role for a leader who wants more than to maintain standards - who wants to build what's next, bring the latest thinking in healthcare delivery into daily practice, and shape our clinical future!

DETAILS:
- Provide medical direction across all care services
- Lead the identification, design, and implementation of new clinical programs and service lines
- Drive strategic growth through new service lines, community partnerships, and referral relationships
- Role will require some travel between our locations
- Discuss with us your preferred home base between our sites in Stuart or Fort Pierce
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with proven ability to guide clinical strategy across palliative care and serious-illness management
- Experience in a leadership position REQUIRED
- Candidates with Hospice experience encouraged to apply!
