Facility Details

The Family Health Centers of Georgia (FHCGA), formerly West End Medical Centers, Inc., is a federally qualified community health center. FHCGA is NCQA Recognized Level 3 and accredited by The Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home. FHCGA has been providing comprehensive primary healthcare services since 1975.

FHCGA is the first community health center in Georgia and the second in the Southeast to be accredited by The Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home.

The Family Health Center at Rome is a primary care FQHC located in a Downton Rome office complex. Our health center has 5 exam rooms, provider offices, a break room, and an extra-large lobby. The Center will utilize eClinical electronic health records.
