The Family Health Center of Clark County was the first of our three Family Health Centers  locations to open in February 1992. Over the years, this location has grown and is now funded as a Federally Qualified Health Center through the Bureau of Primary Care.

The Clark location is also a state-funded Community Health Center. The FHC Clark County is also supported by many local charitable and private donors and is a Metro United Way sponsored organization.

At Clark County, we strive to provide high-quality primary health care in the communities we serve with special emphasis on caring for the medically underserved and uninsured.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

Enjoy the many benefits of small town living for you and your family while having easy access to metropolitan areas that offer all the big city amenities you could want.

Love to travel?  You're close to several major airports:  Louisville (8miles), Cincinnati (1. 1/2 Hrs), Indianapolis (2hrs).

Jeffersonville is a city in Clark County, Indiana, along the Ohio River. It is directly across the Ohio River to the north of Louisville, Kentucky along I-65. The city is the county seat of Clark County.

Jeffersonville has a mix of restaurants that range in popularity along the riverfront and downtown. The city is scattered with smaller scale bars, restaurants and fast food chains in areas such as the Quadrangle in which the Town Hall is now located and other shopping centers.

Main Street in Jeffersonville plays host to multiple events during the year. During the summer, Concerts in the Park Series plays every Friday. The Jefferson Farmers Market is held from June through October. The RiverStage also hosts Jeffersonville's Twilight Cinema with movies, food, and fun.

Louisville is home to the Kentucky Derby, iconic brands like KFC, Maker’s Mark and Louisville Slugger, world-class companies like UPS, GE and Humana and more! We’re a Top 10 Food City, a city of 21st Century Parks, and home to one of the Best Food Neighborhoods In America and the largest Disco Ball manufacturer in the World.

From the thrilling family attractions up north to the charming spots south of the river in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati offers experiences – both time-honored and new – that create unforgettable memories. Discover adventures as varied as your inner explorer in our dynamic river region. Across the area are hot spots to shop, dine, play and stay, featuring tried-and-true favorites and hidden gems in every corner of the region. We celebrate the storied legacy of some of Cincinnati's greatest attractions, including the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge, the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal. The area offers experiences as varied as a ride in the sky to an underground discovery of the region’s brewing heritage.

A city known for fast cars and blockbuster events has also gained acclaim for a flourishing culinary and brewing scene, thriving cultural institutions, cool neighborhoods, and so much more. Even though Indianapolis/Marion County is the twelfth largest city in the United States, you will never feel far from home. The Indianapolis Cultural Trail is 8 miles of urban bike and pedestrian corridors linking six cultural districts with neighborhoods, IUPUI, and every significant art, cultural, heritage, sports, and entertainment venue downtown.
