Job Description

Hours: M/W/F: 9 am - 5 pm; Tu/Th: 1 pm - 7 pm

Loan Repayment
Compensation: $138,000 to $162,963 - depending on experience
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 3 weeks of PTO in year one, elevating to 4 weeks in year two

- $500 and 40 hours per year for CME allowance
- 100% reimbursement for required licensure/DEA/Board Certification for Full-Time providers

Additional Information: The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide medical services in accordance with standard medical practice protocols.

Requirements include an active license in CA, DEA, Board Certification, and a year of relevant work, ideally in an FQHC. Previous focus on PEDs and Women's Health is a plus.

Must relate well to all cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic groups within the East Valley service area.
