Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM | 10-Hour Shifts Available | Minimum of 32 Hours

Additional Information: The LCSW delivers mental and behavioral health services to patients under an Integrated Behavioral Health program. The duties will include mental health/substance abuse assessment, integrated health care screenings, brief solution-focused therapy, referral, and support services. Services will be provided to clients, families, and others from diverse backgrounds.
