Compensation: - $135,893 - $169,867 based on experience

DETAILS:
- Identifies the health status of patients by taking medical histories, performing examinations, and initiating and evaluating screening and diagnostic procedures
- Initiates appropriate therapeutic intervention based upon assessment and evaluation of the health status of the individual
- Member of the patient care team and is involved in the coordination of patient care

QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA License REQUIRED
- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
