Additional Information:
- Responsible for providing evidenced-based behavioral healthcare assessment and clinical services to patients for a variety of emotional and psychiatric problems
As part of an integrated behavioral health and primary care practice you will:
- provide initial patient evaluations;
- triage assessments;
- crisis intervention management;
- brief individual and group counseling;
- skills training;
- care coordination;
- case management;
- resource management
- advocacy and follow-up;
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences;
- work with primary care providers and assist with program development;
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work or marriage and family therapy
- Licensed in CA as an ASW or AMFT
OR
- Licensed in CA as LCSW or LMFT
- 2 years of progressively responsible experience in mental health services.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Spanish Bilingual a plus
