  • Additional Information: POSITION SUMMARY:
    Direct multidisciplinary clinical, case management, peer, nursing and vocational staff engaged in the
    care coordination and the delivery of intensive community-based services to an adult population living
    with severe and persistent mental illness or Co-Occurring Disorders. This position requires the
    manager to carry a reduced caseload and provide services to clients both in the office and the
    community. The average team size is 200 clients and 12 staff per BHDDH regulations.
    - Community-based treatment and rehabilitation

    REQUIRED:
    - Master's degree in counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related social services field. 
    - Licensed at
    the independent practice level as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Health (LICSW, LMHC)  or a Registered Nurse with SPMI experience.
    - Experience working with clients with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness as well as Co-occurring
    Disorders and MAT.
    - Knowledge of BHDDH Regulations
