Additional Information: Provides comprehensive mental health assessments, including DSM-V diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
Develops a treatment plan in collaboration with the client, including short and long-term treatment goals while monitoring their progress.
Provides individual, couples, and/or group therapy as needed to clients with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
Completes all documentation required by DAP Health and the client's insurance (if applicable), in a timely manner.
When appropriate, refers clients for psychiatric evaluation, substance abuse evaluation and intensive outpatient programs, etc.
Accesses patient-protected health information as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
