Additional Information: Provides early childhood behavioral health and developmental support as a HealthySteps Specialist within a pediatric primary care setting, serving children ages 0–3 and their families. Supports an integrated, team-based care model by conducting screenings, consultations, and behavioral health visits focused on development, parenting, and mental health. Collaborates with pediatric providers on care planning, offers guidance on sleep, feeding, and behavior, and connects families to community resources. Maintains documentation, tracks outcomes, and supports program implementation and reporting. May conduct home visits and caregiver groups. Requires LCSW and experience in early childhood and underserved populations.
