Additional Information: Provides psychiatric care within an outpatient FQHC, delivering comprehensive behavioral health services including assessments, diagnosis, medication management, therapy, and crisis intervention. Develops and monitors treatment plans, manages complex/co-occurring conditions, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Engages diverse populations with culturally sensitive approaches and connects patients to community resources. Utilizes multiple care modalities (in-person, telehealth) and ensures timely, compliant documentation and HIPAA adherence. May supervise behavioral health staff. Requires MD, active CA license, board certification in psychiatry, DEA registration, and BLS certification; FQHC and underserved population experience preferred.
