Compensation: $142,400.00 - $178,000.00 Salary + Performance Based Incentives

Additional Information: Provides comprehensive women’s health and midwifery care in an outpatient setting under the direction of the CMO and in collaboration with physicians. Responsibilities include prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care, patient education, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, prescribing medications, and developing care plans. Ensures timely documentation, adherence to regulatory standards, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. May provide limited call coverage and support across clinic sites.
Open to Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM) with active California licensure and certification. Experience in women’s health and diverse patient populations preferred. Candidates should be comfortable in a collaborative care model.
