Compensation: $142,400.00 - $178,000.00 Salary + $10,000 New Hire Bonus

Additional Information: Provides comprehensive care in an urgent care setting under the CMO, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute, chronic, and preventive health needs. Performs physical exams, orders/interprets labs, prescribes medications, and develops treatment plans while educating patients and coordinating referrals. Ensures timely documentation, infection control, and regulatory compliance, and participates in quality improvement and continuing education. Collaborates with care teams and provides on-call support. Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with active CA licensure, DEA registration, and relevant certification, with 1+ year of experience; experience with HIV/AIDS and diverse populations preferred.
