Compensation: $294,528.00 - $312,000.00 Salary + $30,000 New Hire Bonus

Additional Information: Provides comprehensive primary care under the direction of the CMO, delivering preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services to diverse patient populations in an outpatient setting. Diagnoses and treats illnesses, performs minor procedures, conducts physical exams, and develops care plans. Supervises mid-level providers and clinical staff, supports training, and participates in quality improvement, peer review, and audits. Maintains accurate medical records, ensures regulatory compliance, and meets productivity and clinical performance standards. Requires MD or DO with active California license, board certification in primary care, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
