Columbia Valley Community Health is the regional leader in providing a high quality, sustainable Healthcare Home in a teaching, growing environment. We are a dynamic and progressive community health center, and we were the first in the Pacific Northwest to achieve the Joint Commission's Primary Care Medical Home certification.

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive, integrated services for the entire family at seven clinic locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee and Chelan, WA.

Chelan is a scenic resort community of 3,910 residents nestled at the edge of the Cascade Mountains on the shore of beautiful Lake Chelan in North Central Washington. The Lake Chelan Valley features extraordinary year-around recreational opportunities in a world class outdoor environment.
