Additional Information: Provides comprehensive psychological care, including assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and psychotherapy for adolescents through geriatrics. Manages cases involving emotional, behavioral, developmental, and mental health disorders; performs crisis intervention; and administers psychological testing. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, involves families in care plans, and maintains thorough, policy-compliant documentation. Supervises departmental staff, supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in research and professional development. Upholds ethical standards, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and a positive professional presence while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
