Additional Information: Provide comprehensive, office-based eye care with a focus on preventive health, early disease detection, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine eye exams and vision assessments, including evaluation of visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, macular function, and visual fields
- Detect and diagnose refractive errors, ocular disease, and systemic conditions with eye-related manifestations
- Prescribe corrective lenses and appropriate treatments
- Develop and communicate clear, individualized care plans
- Educate patients on eye health, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Assist with and interpret diagnostic testing
- Collaborate with optometrists and clinical staff to support coordinated, high-quality patient care
Base salary, plus supplemental pay for providers who agree to work at our South County outlying clinics:
- Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield: +15% of base salary
- King City: +20% of base salary
