Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: Compensation is determined by level of experience.

1-2 yrs: $255,000
3-6 yrs: $271,000
7-17 yrs: $287,000
18-24 yrs: $303,000
25+ yrs: $319,000
Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee.

Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with a $4,500 allowance.

Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP.

403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans.

Relocation up to $5,000 for in-state and $7,500 out of state.

Licensure/DEA reimbursement, along with full malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
Additional Information: Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County.
- Gonzales 15% in addition to regular salary
- Soledad 15% in addition to regular salary
- Greenfield 15% in addition to regular salary
- King City 20% in addition to regular salary
