Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with limited Saturday hours.

Compensation: Compensation is based on an annual salary range between $200,000-$270,000. In addition, there is an RVU bonus structure supported.
-Additional financial incentive for ER call
- $100,000 recruitment sign-on bonus for qualified candidates (tied to an annual agreement upon signing)

Additional Information: Join our new Nexus Park, an innovative health & wellness park in partnership with Columbus Regional Hospital CRH. CRH is part of a new initiative to transform a regional recreation area into a medical access point. This will be a brand-new facility, catering to several diverse populations from over 10 counties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Provide treatment in an outpatient setting by establishing care, and treating patient panels ranging from children to adolescents
-Provide acute office visits, physicals, new patient visits, annual wellness visits, medicare wellness visits, and follow-up on established visits
-LPN, RN, and MA support staff available to physician staff

-Work schedule consists of 36 patient-facing hours (4 hr block of
administrative time)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Indiana state licensed
-BE/BC
-Accepting new grads/ H1-B visas
