DETAILS:
- 4-day work week (10hr shifts)
- Obtains complete medical history from patient, and/or family, and/or previous medical record
- Prescribes medications according to therapeutic goals, explains treatment to patients, and families
- Consults with physicians and other members of the health care team as necessary
- This position requires the completion of the Covid 19 vaccination series
QUALIFICATIONS:

- DEA License REQUIRED
- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) REQUIRED
