  • Hours: Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week (Specific Hours Vary By Location/Day of the Week) Part-Time: 20-32 Hours Per Week | Closed Friday Afternoons | No Major Holidays or Weekends

  • Additional Information:
    - This position will support the mission and vision of Centerpoint Health by working directly with patients to help them navigate and access Centerpoint Health services while adopting healthy behaviors.

    Responsibilities:
    - This position provides counseling and maintenance.
    - Ability to proficiently perform case reviews, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments with patients.
    - Possess strong working knowledge of evidence-based therapies and services, non-medical assessment, interviewing skills, and data collection. Familiarity with statistics preferred.
    - Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated health care environment.

    Qualifications:
    - Master's degree in social work
    - LISW Certification
    - 1-2 years of experience as a clinician preferred
    - Working knowledge and counseling of issues related to chemical dependency, integrated medical needs, and behavioral health
