Services offered at HFHC include Pediatric/Adolescent Medicine, Adult Medicine, Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, Referrals to Specialty services, Chiropractic Care, Preventative Dentistry, On-site Pharmacy, On-site Laboratory, and other screening and ancillary services.
At HFHC we provide access to care for over 22,000 patients annually. HFHC, a primary care group practice, has the capacity for 12 medical providers (physicians and mid-levels).
