Job Description

Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Employed
Average patients seen: 25 patients per day
Compensation: - Negotiable Based on Experience

Additional Information: QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing course required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse working with children in Health Care clinic setting required.
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail, and possess a good working
knowledge of electronic medical records.
- Must possess and maintain current/valid Alabama LPN license.
- Current/valid BLS certification required.
- Current Alabama driver's license, required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office applications, required
- Awareness of and strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality principles
- Must be able to conduct phlebotomy
