Facility Details

One element that distinguishes Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. from the rest is the compassion with which we deliver our services to the general and underserved population in our community. We are proud to have a family of professional and caring individuals who together comprise such a significant entity in the county of Ventura. Ever since our first health center opened its doors over forty years ago, we have continued to grow, improve and expand our services. It certainly would not be possible to accomplish this without the dedication, commitment, and ownership that our workforce takes over this prestigious health care organization. If you are someone who wants to work for an organization that makes a difference and have a desire to make an impact on the wellbeing of our local community through your work, we encourage you to apply to become part of our team!

Imagine a quiet, seaside town on the Pacific, where pristine stretches of coastline provide the perfect setting for sunset-watching or a sunrise stroll. An eclectic assortment of beachfront homes affords breathtaking views. Life is peaceful here without being too isolating. You’ve got access to all of the modern conveniences you need, and should you desire a taste of big-city life, Los Angeles is within easy driving distance. Or, if you’d like a change of scenery without the congestion of L.A., just head in the opposite direction; you’ll soon arrive in Santa Barbara, one of California’s loveliest cities.

Oxnard is steeped in a rich California history. Visit the Henry T. Oxnard National Historic District and Heritage Square for a peek into early-20th-century homes. Steel magnate and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie was one of the first to recognize the value of our city when in 1906 he donated money to build a city library. The library is now the Carnegie Art Museum. The library is brimming with fine 20th century California art. In addition to its rich cultural history, the city of Oxnard has the most beautiful beaches in California. The beauty of our beaches is credited to its remote location from freeways and big cities. As a matter of fact, our beaches have priceless views of the Channel Islands.

Oxnard is also the place for romance with sunset strolls at Mandalay Beach. Check out dinner for two at the local winery!
