Our Urgent Care centers are aesthetically designed with an eye for light, space, and comfort. Our physicians are supported by a trained and dedicated staff including scribes, patient flow managers, medical assistants, patient care representatives and X-Ray technicians. In addition, each office has an office manager to help facilitate more complex requests. These team members are an integral part of our care model, allowing our physicians to focus on direct patient care.
Aftercare is a program unique to CityMD that follows up on all aspects of the care initiated in our offices. Our Aftercare team ensures all lab results, imaging studies and consultation request are followed and addressed on a daily basis, allowing our physician providers to focus on care delivery.
