Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000

Additional Information:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform psycho/social assessment.
- Develop a therapeutic counseling regiment to meet the need of the individual based upon assessment and input from caregivers/family.
- Coordinate treatment plan with the psychiatrist, referring all individuals for medication as necessary for psychiatric consult and prescription.
- Provide ongoing counseling as indicated and follow up if psychiatric consultation is made.
- Maintain patient records per agency policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing supervision of MSW's as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work as well as NYS certification
- Minimum of one year experience in counseling
- Experience with EMR preferred
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with others
