Job Description

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week | Monday - Friday | Hours Between 8 AM - 5 PM | Limited Saturday Rotation (Approx. 4/Year)

Compensation: Compensation based on licensure, certification, and experience

-Eligible substance use disorder clinicians can receive up to $75,000 in loan repayment through the NHSC for a 3-year commitment.
Benefits: Minimum requirement of 30 hours to be worked to receive benefits:

- $1,000 CME reimbursement and four (4) paid CME days annually

DETAILS:
- Assess psycho-social health status through medical history and physical examination
- Triage, diagnose and treat illness and behavioral health conditions within the specialty area of practice
- Teach and counsel patients, families, and groups
- Perform therapeutic and corrective measures including prescribing medication and providing preventive health maintenance and education

QUALIFICATIONS:
- NY License REQUIRED
